Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

Because our services involve customized influencer campaigns and creator partnerships, p1b2 LLC has established the following refund and cancellation terms to ensure clarity and fairness for both brands and creators.

1. Cancellations (For Brands)

• Within 24 hours of payment (before campaign planning starts):
  Full refund available.

• After campaign planning and influencer selection:
  Eligible for a 50% refund of the campaign fee.

• After campaign launch or influencer content posting begins:
  No refunds are available, as resources and placements are already committed.

2. Cancellations (For Influencers)

• Once an influencer accepts a campaign brief, they are expected to deliver content on time.

• If an influencer fails to deliver content without a valid justification, p1b2 LLC reserves the right to remove the influencer from the program and withhold any related payments.

3. Delivery Delays

• Delays caused by p1b2 LLC:
  If we are responsible for unreasonable delays in campaign launch, brands may be eligible for partial credit toward a future campaign.

• Delays caused by brands or influencers:
  If delays occur due to late approvals, missing materials, or lack of response, p1b2 LLC is not responsible, and new timelines will be established.

4. No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

• The campaign brief and influencer(s) were approved by the brand.

• Influencers delivered content that met the agreed scope, even if campaign performance varied.

• Delays occurred due to a lack of timely responses from brands or influencers.

• The campaign was negatively impacted by external factors (e.g., platform algorithm changes, account issues outside of p1b2’s control).

5. Creator Payments

Influencers are compensated only after campaign completion and once performance metrics are verified. If an influencer fails to comply with campaign requirements, payments may be withheld.
